Nesse aspecto, analisaremos esses mesmos casos com a utilização
da arbitragem, demonstrando seus princípios e mecanismos como meio
adequado para a solução da demanda.

ABSTRACT:
The main purpose of this worksheet it is demonstrate that
some controversial should not be taken to the Court, especially when it
comes to the following reasons: absence of specific technical knowledge
about the controversial Matter; lack of predictability in the sentence; and
absence of an answer, to provide a solution to the Matter in a reasonable
amount of time.
Therefore, it is possible to verify that the three cases chosen for the
present analysis, all of them originally from the county of Diamantino-MT,
validate the previous premise.
As an effect all of the three cases, object of this analysis have had
divergent legal solutions, what elucidates the unpredictable of the judicial
decisions, not only related to the principal matter, but also to those refer-
ring to the whose supporting aspects, essential to solve the case.
The analysis of those cases indicate the necessity of some determi-
nate controversial, specially those which require specific technical knowl-
edge and high complexity, will reveal that Arbitration is the most suitable
method to solve those kind of cases.
In this aspect, those same cases will be analyzed from the prospect
of Arbitration, in order to demonstrate it’s principles e mechanisms as a
suitable method to solve those demands.
